TAGREEs Community window: # 5 – Judith in den Bosch

This is a special window for the TAGREE members. Diverse, different points of view and styles are presented here. We are neither elitists nor dogmatists in the world of photography. We are not alien to the world but also do not follow the mainstream path of photography platforms. Our magazine is for all people who like exploring the diversity of visual arts.

Judith in den Bosch

Please introduce yourself.

I am Judith in den Bosch, born September 9, 1967 in Beverwijk, in the Netherlands, by profession I am a district nurse and live with my two cats in a small house near the sea.

Why have you become a photographer/artist?

I started taking pictures about five years ago, I was fascinated by everything I saw by cycling from client to client, and I started to take my first photos. and nature, all this with my mobile phone. Later I came across an editing app and then the real work started for me, I found that through editing I can express my feelings, and how I see and experience things, the app has now become an extension of myself.

How and where do you work?

I still make and edit everything on my mobile phone, and use only 1 app for that, I see the options of a work large when I email it to myself, from there I continue on the small screen of mobile, until I think and feel yes! I never know in advance which photo I am going to do, and what I want to do with it, I let it happen in the process, like the silver screen of a painter, the process looks like a meditation, without thoughts I go into it completely , I like to surprise myself.
