X-treme Open Call is initiated to support women in contemporary art. It is organised by curator Dr. Phil. Lily Fürstenow and artist Martina Singer - winners of this year scholarship of the „Deutscher Künstlerbund, Bundesprogramm Neustart Kultur“. All artists who send their works will be shown online.
Extreme conditions call for extreme action.
All formats are welcome. We are looking for innovative artistic positions with a focus on digital art, VR, AR, video, photography as well as painting, 3D and more. Winners will receive prize money and will be featured online. Please, send your application documents: 5-6 video links to short films or 5-6 images of your works in JPEG format, GIFFs, 2-3 exhibition views / biography in German or English - 1 page as doc. format.
