From 23 to 26 September, Canon will present its various product worlds at PHOTOPIA in Hamburg. This will be complemented by various lectures by photographers, filmmakers and experts from the industry. Canon Ambassadors such as Lorenz Holder or Alexander Hassenstein will have their say at the live event Creative Content Conference, among others, in order to pass on their knowledge to the audience.
Canon will present its complete product portfolio to Photopia visitors on 600 square metres, divided into various themed areas. The Canon Experience Area features SLR and mirrorless cameras, a wide range of lenses and imaging solutions for small and large format (photo) prints. From Expert Bars, where product experts will be available for professional advice, to various photo spots where Canon equipment can be tried out, all fans of photography will get their money's worth.
The absolute product highlight is the EOS R3, which will be available for visitors to touch and try on the Canon stand for the first time after its official launch at PHOTOPIA.
The Canon Academy Photowalks will take place daily from 23-26 September at 11:00 and 15:00 with a maximum of 15 people. Starting point is the Canon Academy Info - Container in front of the Messe Hamburg, main entrance. The photowalks last approx. 90 minutes. Afterwards, participants can print out their best photo at the Canon stand and share it with other photo fans in the Canon Academy Gallery. The Canon trainers will be on hand to offer tips and tricks and will also have a wide range of Canon products for participants to test during the walks.
In addition, three sessions a day will be held at Stand 116 in Hall A4 on the subject of vlogging and the equipment that goes with it. Registration will take place on site.
As a special highlight at PHOTOPIA, all participants of the Canon Academy photo competition "Outperform your visions", which started on 1 September, can have large prints of their own pictures made in outstanding quality.

Live lectures at the Creative Content Conference
In cooperation with ProfiFoto and the BFF Academy, who will be organising the programme on each of the two conference days, all visitors can look forward to exciting lectures by photographers, gallery owners and industry experts. On Friday, 24 September from 12:00-12:45 on the Yellow Stage, Canon Ambassador Alexander Hassenstein will give a talk entitled "Faster, Higher, Stronger" on international sports photography in Corona times. In addition, Red Bull Illume winner Lorenz Holder will talk about commercial action photography on Saturday 25 September at 11:15 on the Yellow Stage under the motto "Be different, see different" and give tips on how to win customers with your own style. Carmen and Ingo, two of the most prominent wedding photographers, will present business tips for photographers in saturated markets on the Purple Stage from 13:45-14:30. The Creative Content Conference presentations will last 30 minutes. Afterwards, 15 minutes are scheduled for Q&A sessions.
