Between forest and wide angle – Canon at the International Fürstenfeld Nature Photo Days

This year, the International Fürstenfeld Nature Photography Days invite all fans of nature photography for the 23rd time. From 29 July to 1 August, visitors can look forward to an interesting programme under the motto "Habitats of Nature" with numerous exciting reports, lectures and workshops at the Fürstenfeld Event Forum. Canon will once again be represented at the photo market with its own stand and will be sponsoring the two categories "Magnificent Wilderness" and "Artists on Wings" in the Glanzlichter photo competition.

On Saturday, 31 July, and Sunday, 1 August, interested visitors can experience and test the new EOS R system at the Canon stand in the outdoor area (Stadtsaal inner courtyard). Experts will be available on both days to answer any questions about the ideal equipment for nature photography. The opening hours of the photo market are Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm.

The on-site advisory service is complemented by exciting photo walks through the idyllic surroundings of Fürstenfeldbruck. With individual tips and tricks, Canon Academy trainer Robert Mandel will demonstrate the ideal settings for the EOS R cameras. Through practical application, the most important functions will be explained and can be tested on site, which is why participants should ideally bring their own camera, including battery and memory card. It is also advisable to bring a tripod for nature photography.

The photo walks will take place on Saturday and Sunday at 2 pm. To participate, pre-registration is required by 4 p.m. on 29 July via the Canon Academy Canon Academy. The meeting point for the photowalks is the Canon stand at 1:50 pm on both days. Tickets for the 23rd International Fürstenfeld Nature Photography Days are available
