The fairy tale Goldmarie and Pechmarie describes how two girls are rewarded and punished in the same situations because of their different behavior, an initiation/puberty. The tasks are set by Mrs. Holle, in early times a well-known and very revered goddess. Their status goes back a long way and has undergone constant change through different cultures. What interests me in this fairy tale, is Goldmarie acts form her heart.
